Both properties have full summer availability and are offering a 15% discount on 7 nights stays between the 18th May through to the 2nd June. Also on offer are discounted ferry crossings with both Red Funnel and Wightlink.

The Coach House at Ivy hall, located in Wootton, the holiday cottage provides the bedrooms downstairs and the lounge upstairs giving you the perfect opportunity to sit and watch the views overlooking the lake in the distance.

Offering 2 bedrooms, a good sized shower room, a courtyard with table and chairs for some alfresco dining and a lovely open plan kitchen diner this is a great base and it is perfectly located to explore the island.

The Great Escape, the property is a perfect retreat for a couple looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle in order to relax and soak up the tranquillity of the private grounds on view. You can see the sea through the trees and hear the waves from the distant shoreline.

The property is within an adults only site and offers private gated security with the local town of Niton a 10 minute stroll away where you will find the village shops and local pubs. The property has many trails, walks and coast path walks that offer great views and a chance to explore the very south side of the Isle of Wight. It really is “The Great Escape”.
