We specialise in second home and holiday cottage property management, we take pride in managing self catering holiday cottages on the Isle of Wight and can help no matter what the requirements.
If you have special requirements or are just going away for a couple of days, few weeks or months and would like someone to keep an eye on your property we would be happy to help you. We are pet friendly here, we can even offer a pet sitting service so that your pets can stay in the comfort of their own home whilst you are away. We also can arrange for provisions to be at the property for owner or guest arrivals if required.

Trades / Delivery Access
Holiday cottage owners cannot always spare a day off to be at their property to supervise access for trades or deliveries. With our team being locally based we are a cost effective way of solving any access problems.
Holiday Changeovers
Our changeover service includes a full clean of the property after guests or owners have vacated. The service includes the hire of all linen and towels, and an amenity pack for arriving guests. Our changeover service is suitable for all standards of property.
Storm / Flood Checks
Following heavy rain or storms it is always reassuring to know that your property is safe. A quick call to The Wight Holiday Company can put your mind at ease and in some cases prevent further damage. We can arrange for temporary repairs to be carried out straight away.
Insurance Compliance Checks
Insurance companies will seek evidence that properties are checked at regular intervals following any claim for property damage. Most standard policies will now require that your property is checked at least once a month, although we are seeing a rise in 2 weekly checks being requested by insurance companies and that a written record of all checks is maintained. We have a number of properties that we carry out weekly checks in the autumn – winter months and then reduce accordingly in the spring – summer months.
Mail forwarding
If instructed we will forward mail to the owner’s designated contact address.
