Offering flexible availability throughout the whole of 2016 it is located in a perfect position in the town if you are looking for accommodation to be close to the marina and sailing, especially for Cowes Week. As well as providing parking permits and WIFI, the property offers 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom as well as a newly fitted separate shower room, there is also a small courtyard area to enjoy evening drinks with friends. The Velux windows in the spacious attic room give sea views over the rooftops meaning you can get a glimpse of the action on the water without having to leave home.
Set over 3 floors the property is ideal for sailing crews as it offers plenty of space and storage areas. To the ground floor there is a good size entrance area with ample storage space, to the right of this area is the modern shower room with sink and WC, to the left you enter the kitchen/dining room where from there you then walk through to a lounge with comfy seating, TV and DVD.
Take the stairs to the first floor, at the top you can turn left to enter the spacious master bedroom with double bed, or turn right to walk along the hallway to find the family bathroom straight ahead of you and a bedroom with double bed to your right. There are slightly steep stairs to the 2nd floor where you will find twin beds in the light and spacious attic room.

Cowes town centre is only a one minute walk away from Claremont Cottage and has an abundance of local shops, restaurants and bars. There are also two supermarkets and many banks. Cowes has narrow streets and as well as many shops selling the latest sailing gear there are a number of local craft shops where you can usually find that unique present that is sure to please.
Within the vicinity of Cowes are opportunities for cliff walking, swimming and wind surfing at the sandy beaches, sailing and fishing, boat trips and bird-watching trips on the river or a little further a field there are the main tourist attractions like Robin Hill, The Needles and Blackgang Chine.
The sea is never far away from you in Cowes, and a walk through a narrow alley will take you to the marina, where you can stand and admire the cruisers and yachts which help to make Cowes what it is. The harbour is busy with yachts, sailing dinghies and fishing boats of all descriptions, with a full racing schedule throughout the year.
Newport, the capital of the Isle of Wight is only a 20 minute drive away. Osbourne House in East Cowes is only a short hop on the chain ferry and a 1km drive away.
